Talaan only reads data. It never changes listings, prices, stock or orders. Each store owner approves access through the marketplace's own authorization screen and can revoke it at any time.

Data protection

Buyer details are used only for what the BIR requires on the invoice, and kept only for the ten years the BIR requires for records.
Disconnect a store and Talaan deletes its marketplace access right away.
Every account has its own database. Owners and administrators log in with a second step.
Nightly encrypted backups, kept somewhere the server itself can't delete.
Talaan never sells or shares marketplace data.

What's due on 31 December 2026?

A Permit to Issue (PTI) Electronic Invoice from your RDO before you issue e-invoices. Connecting to BIR's EIS follows, within 6 months of the PTI (RMC 98-2026).

I'm under ₱3M a year. Do I need this?

Micro taxpayers are exempt from the e-invoicing mandate for now, but invoices and books still have to follow BIR rules.

Can I keep using Ginee?

Yes. Talaan reads orders directly from the marketplaces, so it works alongside whatever you use for stock and fulfilment.

Will Talaan change my listings or prices?

No. Store access is read-only.

Who owns my data?

You do. Export everything anytime. We never hold your records back.

Is Talaan BIR-accredited?

No. Talaan isn't an accredited e-invoicing service provider, so we don't host it. It's licensed software installed on your own server and set up by us, which RMC 110-2026 treats as your own system. You register it with the BIR under your name, and we help you file.
